On March 1, 2023, Smriti Irani began her journey as a Guest Faculty member at the prestigious Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Udaipur, teaching over 200 MBA students in Human Resource Management. Initially co-instructing “The Leadership Personality – Public Speaking” course, her role expanded into the Chief Instructor position for a Management Development Program, reflecting her growing influence in leadership education.
