A video of a BJP leader from Gonda district in Uttar Pradesh has gone viral on social media. In the video, the leader is seen with a woman inside what is being claimed to be the party office.
The person in the video has been identified as Amar Kishore, BJP’s district president of Gonda. According to the video, the incident took place on the night of April 12 around 9:30 PM. Amar Kishore is seen climbing stairs with a woman and briefly hugging her mid-way.
Reacting to the viral footage, Amar Kishore stated that the woman was unwell and had requested to rest at the party office. As they were climbing the stairs, she reportedly felt dizzy, and he was only supporting her.
The video has triggered a stir in political circles and is receiving mixed reactions on social media.
