Amid escalating tensions between #India and Pakistan, state-run oil majors Indian Oil Corporation Ltd (IOC) and Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd (BPCL) on May 9 assured the public of ample fuel and LPG stocks across the country.

In a post on X, #IndianOil confirmed that its supply lines are operating smoothly and urged citizens to avoid panic buying.

“Fuel and LPG are readily available at all our outlets. Please help us serve you better by staying calm and avoiding unnecessary rush,” the company stated.
“This will keep our supply lines running seamlessly and ensure uninterrupted fuel access for all,” it added.

BPCL echoed similar sentiments, saying:

“BPCL assures all citizens that sufficient stock of Petrol, Diesel, CNG, and LPG are available across our nationwide network. All our Fuel Stations and LPG Distributorships are operating smoothly and are fully equipped to meet the energy needs of consumers.”

Both companies emphasized that there is no cause for concern, reaffirming their commitment to maintaining uninterrupted energy supply during this period of heightened national alert.
