Jamshedpur MP Bidyut Mahato officially laid the foundation stone for the construction of a bridge between Tatanagar Railway Station and Bagbera Baroda Ghat Road today.
It is noteworthy that during his first tenure, he had completed the construction and renovation of the 3 km-long road from Tatanagar Station to Bagbera Baroda Ghat after fulfilling all necessary formalities with various departments and the railways. However, due to technical reasons, the construction of the bridge remained incomplete, causing difficulties for residents of Bagbera Basti and Baroda Ghat. Several efforts were made at different levels to resolve this issue, and finally, the project is now set to be completed. Given the technical constraints, a box bridge is being constructed to ensure smooth connectivity.
On this occasion, Potka MLA Sanjeev Sardar was present as a special guest. The project will be executed by the Road Construction Department. Several dignitaries, including BJP Bagbera Mandal President Ashwani Tiwari, District Councilor Kavita Parmar, Harendra Singh, Subodh Jha, Mukesh Singh, Rajkamal Yadav, Neenu Kudada, Jamuna Hansda, Gopal Ojha, and Manoj Kumar, along with a large number of workers and local residents, attended the event.
