Lalpur Police have registered a case of noise pollution against a wedding event held at Nagratoli Sarna Ground. The police also confiscated the DJ system being used at the venue. The case was filed based on a complaint by Sub-Inspector Ajay Kumar Das of Lalpur Police Station.
According to the complaint, the police received information during a night patrol that loud music was being played at a wedding near the Nagratoli Sarna Ground, causing disturbances to the local residents. Upon arriving at the scene, the police confirmed that the area was a residential zone and the loud DJ music was indeed causing discomfort to the neighborhood.
After verifying the complaint, the police registered the case and took necessary action by seizing the DJ equipment from the venue.
