Police in Punjab’s Rupnagar have arrested a man for killing 11 people in the last 18 months.
The boy, identified as Ram Sarup nee Sodhi, who was arrested in another case on Monday and during interrogation it was revealed that he was the ‘serial killer’ who committed 11 murders.
