Spicy Masala Roti Chips – Crispy Delight in Minutes!

Ingredients:

  • 2 leftover rotis (or fresh ones if you prefer)
  • 1 tablespoon oil (any cooking oil)
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander for garnish (optional)

Steps:

  1. Prepare the Rotis:
    Cut the leftover rotis into small triangular pieces, resembling chips.
  2. Heat the Oil:
    In a non-stick pan, add 1 tablespoon of oil and let it heat up on medium flame.
  3. Spice Mix:
    While the oil is heating, prepare the spice mix by combining red chili powder, turmeric, cumin powder, and a pinch of salt in a small bowl.

  6. Garnish:
    Garnish with fresh coriander if desired, and sprinkle some chaat masala for an extra tangy flavor.
