Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren addressed the third National Conference of the All India Federation for Social Justice, titled “The Caste Census, Women’s Rights, and Reservations: The Pillars of Social Justice.” The event was held with the presence of Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin and other senior leaders from across the country. 

Joining the conference virtually, Hemant Soren shared his thoughts on ensuring social justice, equality, and equity for marginalized and oppressed communities. He emphasized the importance of securing the rights of tribal, Dalit, backward communities, and women, continuing the struggles led by their predecessors and leaders. He highlighted that the goal of achieving social justice can only be fulfilled by upholding and protecting the Constitution and democracy. 

The Chief Minister also expressed his deep concern and condolences for the people of Tamil Nadu affected by Cyclone ‘Fengal.’ He wished for the state’s speedy recovery and return to normalcy. 

This conference reflects the commitment of leaders to address critical issues such as caste census, women’s rights, and reservation policies, which are essential pillars of achieving social equity in India.
