XLRI – Xavier School of Management is thrilled to announce the successful completion of its Summer Internship Placement Process for the Batch of 2024-26 across its flagship programs, PGDM Business Management and PGDM Human Resource Management. The institute has proudly achieved 100% placements, with all 576 students receiving internship offers from a remarkable lineup of 133 recruiters, both domestic and international.
These placements span diverse fields, including Consulting, Finance, Sales & Marketing, General Management, Product Management, Operations, Analytics, and Human Resources, showcasing the broad spectrum of opportunities XLRI offers its students. This year, the highest stipend reached an impressive 3.50 lakh per month (LPM), underscoring the high demand for XLRI’s talented candidates. The average stipend stands strong at 1.67 LPM, with the median stipend at 1.60 LPM, reflecting the institute’s continued excellence and reputation in management education.
