In light of the upcoming festivals like Diwali, Dhanteras, and Chhath Puja, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has directed that 24-hour electricity supply be ensured across the state from October 28 to November 15. The police administration has been instructed to maintain law and order during the festive period, deal strictly with miscreants, and keep a close watch on social media to curb the spread of fake news. Immediate action will be taken against those spreading misinformation.
Additionally, CM Yogi Adityanath emphasized the importance of timely distribution of free LPG cylinders to all beneficiaries of the Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana before Diwali, ensuring there is no delay at any level.
