Nathan Anderson, the founder of Hindenburg Research, has announced the closure of the influential financial investigative firm. Since its establishment in 2017, Hindenburg Research has exposed fraud and misconduct in several high-profile companies, including Nikola Corporation and the Adani Group. Anderson cited personal reasons for the closure and expressed his intent to open-source the firm’s investigative methods to help others interested in similar pursuits.

Hindenburg’s impactful reports have led to regulatory actions against nearly 100 individuals and significant changes in the financial industry.
