West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has accused the Border Security Force (BSF) of allowing Bangladeshi infiltrators into India and committing atrocities against women. She alleged that the central government is using the BSF to deliberately create unrest in the state.

Speaking at a public event, Banerjee stated, “BSF is supposed to protect the borders, but instead, they are facilitating infiltration. Women in border areas are suffering due to their atrocities. Bengal is being targeted to destabilize the peace intentionally.”

These allegations come amidst ongoing tensions between the state government and the central government over law and order issues in Bengal. The BSF has not yet responded to these claims.

The Chief Minister has called for an investigation and emphasized the need to protect the sovereignty of the state and the safety of its citizens.
