Electric two-wheeler manufacturer Ola Electric has announced a major expansion of its distribution network, aiming to increase its presence to 4,000 stores by December 20, 2024. This involves adding 3,200 new outlets to its existing network of 800 stores, marking a significant step in the company’s mission to enhance electric vehicle (EV) accessibility across India.

Bhavish Aggarwal, CEO of Ola Electric, shared the ambitious plan on X (formerly Twitter):
“Taking the electric revolution to the next level this month. Going from 800 stores right now to 4,000 stores this month itself. Goal to be as close to our customers as possible.”

The expansion, which Aggarwal describes as the “biggest single-day store opening”, aims to cover all pincodes in India, reinforcing Ola Electric’s commitment to driving EV adoption nationwide. This strategic move aligns with the company’s vision of bringing sustainable transportation solutions to a broader audience.
