Ranchi Administration Reviews Complaint Resolution via WhatsApp Helpline

Ranchi, December 8, 2024 – A review meeting was held today at the Block A auditorium of the Collectorate to address public grievances received through the dedicated WhatsApp helpline number (9430328080). The meeting was chaired by senior district officials, including Block Development Officers (BDOs) and Circle Officers, along with other key stakeholders. 

The District Administration emphasized the importance of resolving complaints promptly and instructed officials to ensure effective and timely redressal of all issues reported via the helpline. 

“Resolving public grievances remains the top priority of the District Administration,” said the Deputy Commissioner during the meeting. 

This initiative reflects the administration’s commitment to addressing citizens’ concerns and ensuring smooth governance in Ranchi.
