Ranchi Police Destroy Illegal Opium Cultivation in Bundu and Sonahatu Areas

Acting on the directives of the Senior Superintendent of Police, Ranchi district police, led by Sub-Divisional Police Officer (SDPO) Bundu, conducted a major operation to eliminate illegal opium cultivation in the remote forested areas of Bundu and Sonahatu police station jurisdictions. 

During the operation, police teams destroyed opium crops spread across approximately 9.5 acres using tractors and other equipment. The station in-charges of Bundu and Sonahatu played key roles in ensuring the success of this campaign. 

This action highlights the efforts of Ranchi Police to curb illegal drug activities in the region and maintain law and order.
