In connection with the jewelry theft at Naseem Akhtar’s residence in Haldipokhar Muslim Basti, under Kowali police station limits, Jamshedpur police have arrested Ajay Mallah, a resident of Bagbera, and Ashok Kumar Jain, a jeweler who purchased the stolen items.
Senior Superintendent of Police Kishore Kaushal revealed that the arrests were made following a confidential tip-off. The theft occurred on the night of November 1, and the recovery of stolen jewelry marks significant progress in the investigation.
The accused are currently in police custody, and further investigations are underway to uncover additional details about the case.
